Supporting Rock County, One acre at a time
Being a community rich in agriculture consider donating 1 acre of corn or beans to the Rock County Grant Fund or any of the Community Funds. Grain can be accepted at any elevator. Tell the elevator operator the # of acres or bushels you want to donate to the Rock County Community Foundation. The elevator will notify RCCF and we will sell the commodity for cash. Advantage of a grain donation is the significant tax savings: By transferring ownership of the grain to a charity before it is sold, the producer excludes the sale proceeds from their taxable income, reducing federal income tax, self-employment tax, and state income tax.
Supporting Local Women and GirlsThe mission of the Luverne Area Community Foundation Women’s Giving Circle is to support, educate, empower, and celebrate women and girls in the Rock County area.

Rock County Community Foundation Pie Society
The Pie Society is a community-wide giving society made up of generous donors like you who have promised to leave a portion of their will/estate – or a piece of their pie – to the Rock County Community Foundation. By sharing a piece of your pie with the RCCF, you’re investing in the next generation. The amount of your gift is up to you. Support your own fund, support the RCCF Grant Fund, our Bedrock Circle or any other fund we hold at RCCF. You can be rest assured that your charitable wishes will last forever.
When you include the Rock County Community Foundation in your estate plans, you ensure that your charitable goals are met for the betterment of Rock County. We can help you get started. And once you include RCCF in your will or trust, please contact us to let us know. We would love to Thank You and Welcome You to the RCCF Pie Society.
